As Restaurant Operations Manager, Zephyr is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Souvla restaurants, overseeing its managers and staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the outstanding quality, consistency, and hospitality that Souvla has become known for. Zephyr began their career with Souvla in 2014 as a counter server at the original Hayes Valley location, quickly becoming a trusted and essential part of the operation’s flagship and rising through the ranks. Zephyr embodies Souvla's motto of "make it nice & be nice," and works in each of the group's restaurants daily developing and mentoring the next generation of managers and supervisors.
