Raúl has been an outstanding employee of Souvla since 2016. He quickly rose to a General Manager position, where he maintained impeccable standards at Souvla’s Valencia location for years. Raúl has a kind approach to teaching and training and oversees restaurant operations, focusing on the development and mentoring of future generations of Souvla leaders alongside Juliana.
