Juliana Fernandez

Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

The only formally-trained archaeologist on the team, Juliana brings considerable tenure and tremendous perspective to her leadership role supporting the Restaurant Operations Manager. Juliana also began at Souvla as a counter server at the original restaurant in 2014, rising through the ranks and serving as General Manager there for several years. At the start of 2019, Juliana joined Souvla’s Leadership Team and, alongside Zephyr, also oversees all restaurant operations, focusing on the development and mentoring of future generations of Souvla leaders.
