Souvla, Now Available on Delta Air Lines!
Souvla’s beloved fast-fine Greek cuisine is now available onboard Delta Air Lines for Delta One® and First Class fliers from SFO to JFK (New York) and BOS (Boston), with more routes coming soon!
Much like the offerings available at its restaurants, Souvla's menu for Delta One draws inspiration from Founder and CEO Charles Bililies' Greek-American heritage and combines it with Chef/Partner Tony Cervone's creative culinary talent, bringing the best of Souvla and Greek cuisine into the in-air Delta One dining experience.
Souvla fans travel far and wide for their spit-roasted meat sandwiches and salads, many of which will be available on Delta flights alongside new dishes created exclusively for Delta such as Straus Organic Greek Yogurt with Baklava-Spiced Granola, the Souvla Breakfast Pita, Baked Feta Pasta, and Meatballs With Egg Lemon Sauce. Customers will also be able to enjoy Souvla’s famous chicken salad and signature frozen Greek yogurt topped with vissino, a traditional Greek sour cherry syrup.

Souvla is the first Bay Area restaurant group to produce and serve in-flight meals for an airline, joining other nationally recognized, beloved local restaurants for Delta’s revamped in-flight dining: Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (in Delta One for all flights out of JFK) and Jon & Vinny’s (in Delta One for flights out of LAX).
